The purchase code you entered has been banned. A few reasons why we ban purchase codes:
- the buyer abuses the support system by opening multiple tickets without a valid reason (a warning is issued prior to banning the purchase code)
- the purchase code has been shared on warez sites (the code is imediately banned without warnings)
